WeSolo Refund Policy

At WeSolo, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at sales@wesolo.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
